My name is Charissa, I'm 25 years old, and I would describe myself as an extremely creative person with ADHD.
I have many interests, including baking, cooking, gaming, video creation, chrochet, etc.
I am someone who needs to be surrounded by creativity to function. My biggest value is respect. I believe it is important to treat everyone with respect, regardless of their gender, religion, or race.
My strengths are creativity, storytelling, and teamwork.
I believe that working as a team allows you to come up with the best ideas and gain different perspectives. Have a project to pitch to a client? Here I am! This is one of my strengths, as I genuinely enjoy explaining the why and how behind my ideas. I have a big imagination, which I try to bring to life when presenting and explaining my concepts.
I enjoy working on projects with meaningful messages that contribute to building a better society and a stronger community.

When you look at the news, we are confronted with a growing problem. Social workers, police officers, firefighters, paramedics and waste workers are increasingly confronted with aggression and a lack of respect.
RESPECT zit in de ZAK! is a project that aims to encourage people in Antwerp to acknowledge and appreciate our waste workers and the work they do for us.
The medium for this campaign is Antwerp’s residual waste bag. By using these bags, people can give compliments to waste workers and thank them for the “dirty” work they do to keep our streets clean.
The project is a campaign that can be spread through social media and even includes a radio spot.
There is no way to explain what it feels like to see an active volcano up close. Pyronoia Travels offers more than just a vacation; it offers the experience of a lifetime: the chance to see an active volcano up close with your own eyes.
Pyronoia Travels is a travel agency specialising in trips to active volcanoes around the globe.

For my final project, we had to create a fictional band. I created NO CREEPS. The team members represent emotions that couldn’t express themselves, and because of that, they turned into monsters. Their mission is to make mental health less taboo and more openly discussed.
For my final project in my last year of high school, we were allowed to choose our own topic. I created an exhibition about death. The purpose of the expo was to make death a more open and discussable subject—to encourage people to talk about it more with their loved ones. Maybe then it could become less feared and more understood as a natural part of life.

In my final year of highschool, I also completed an internship at Versa Graphics, which lasted almost two months. During my internship, I was able to design stickers and apply them for companies. I also designed some T-shirts and had the opportunity to visit IKEA Zaventem, where we applied stickers in the store.
During my Master's degree, I completed a two-month internship at STORMKOP, a creative arts and play space in Antwerp where children and adults explore ideas, experiment, make art, and learn through creativity, imagination, and play. After my internship, I continued working there as a student for another six months. I mainly supported the communications team with social media by creating posts, taking pictures, and making videos.
